What are my options for purchasing land?
We offer affordable owner financing options, as well as discounted cash prices. There are no credit checks to qualify for owner financing- everyone is approved!

How does the purchasing process work?
There are 3 simple steps to our process:

  • Step 1: The down payment and document fee is collected, which holds the property for you while paperwork is processed.

  • Step 2: Within 1 business day of receivign your down payment, our team will put together your documents: Purchase Agreement, Land Contract, and Promissary Note (if financing). If purchasing with cash, we will include a draft of the deed for your approval.

  • Step 3: If financing, you will recieve an invitation email to set up your access to your loan- once fully paid off the property will be deeded to you. If paying cash, the deed will be recorded, and origial notarized copies sent to you.

Are the properties offered free and clear?
In almost all cases, the property is deeded to you the buyer completely free and clear of liens or encumbrances. All known information about the property is disclosed to the buyer before contracts are signed, so you can be confident in your purchase.

What can I do on my land?
Each county has rules and regulations for land use. We provide zoning details, but specific questions should be reviewed with the county. Until your land is fully paid off and in your name, we ask that no permanent structures be built. You are welcome to use your land (following county guidelines) while making payments.

Can you sell my land for me?
Unfortunately not- we are not brokers or agents. We buy land direct from sellers, and own all the land we sell.

How does the money back guarantee work?
Quite simply, if you don’t love your land, we will refund your down payment and any monthly payments made up to 60 days after your contract is signed. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we stand by our land!
